1. About Righteous Radio

Righteous Radio is a faith-based internet radio station and a ministry arm of Righteous Law, a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based ministry organization based in the State of Washington, United States. Righteous Network is also an arm of Righteous Law. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and all services offered through www.righteousradio.com.

2. Sponsored Hours

By purchasing a sponsored hour you agree to the following:

• Sponsored hours are scheduled to air between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). No sponsorships will air outside of these hours.
• Righteous Radio will make every effort to provide you with an estimated window of time when your sponsored hour will air. However, a specific air time cannot be guaranteed.
• Sponsored hours typically air within 24 to 72 hours after payment is received.
• Righteous Radio reserves the sole right to schedule sponsored hours at its discretion within the broadcast window.
• Sponsor acknowledgments are name-only recognitions read on air. They are not commercial advertisements, product endorsements, or promotional announcements of any kind.
• Righteous Radio reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any sponsorship that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with our faith-based mission.
• You will be notified by email with the approximate scheduled airing window once your hour is confirmed.

3. Dedication Hours

By submitting a dedication hour request you agree to the following:

• Dedication hours are scheduled to air between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). No dedications will air outside of these hours.
• Righteous Radio will make every effort to provide you with an estimated window of time when your dedication will air. However, a specific air time cannot be guaranteed.
• All dedication requests are subject to content review and approval by Righteous Radio staff before being scheduled.
• Righteous Radio reserves the right to reject any dedication request that contains language, names, or messages that are inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, hateful, or inconsistent with the Christian values and mission of Righteous Radio.
• Dedications that are rejected will not be aired. No refund will be issued for rejected dedications.
• Approved dedications typically air within 24 to 72 hours after payment is received.
• Righteous Radio reserves the right to edit dedication messages for length or content before airing.

4. Insider Membership

Righteous Radio Insider is a free community membership. By signing up you agree to allow Righteous Law, operating as Righteous Radio, to contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your membership and Righteous Radio updates. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us at the email address listed below.

If you choose to add a monthly financial gift as part of your Insider membership that gift is processed through Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms of service. Monthly gifts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us directly at info@righteouslaw.org.

5. One-Time Gifts

One-time financial gifts made through Righteous Radio are voluntary donations in support of our ministry and broadcasting operations. All one-time gifts are final and non-refundable. Righteous Law is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based ministry. Gifts may not be tax-deductible in the same manner as 501(c)(3) donations. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility in your country or region.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Righteous Law does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. By completing a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/terms.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars.
• International users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card provider.
• Righteous Law reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting Righteous Radio will be contested.

7. Privacy Policy and Your Information

Righteous Law, operating as Righteous Radio, takes your privacy seriously. This section serves as our Privacy Policy and applies to all users worldwide including those in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and all other regions. By using our app or website you agree to the practices described below.

• Phone number (optional)
• Donation, sponsorship, or dedication amounts and preferences
• IP addresses collected automatically when you access or listen to the Righteous Radio stream — used for anonymous listener analytics only. No name or precise location is stored or linked to any IP address.

How we store your information:

• Google Sheets (Google LLC) — Personal information submitted through our forms is stored securely using Google's infrastructure. Learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Stripe, Inc. — All payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored by Righteous Law on our servers. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.
• Citrus Three d.o.o. (Citrus3) — Radio stream delivery and anonymous listener analytics are handled by Citrus3, an EU-based internet radio hosting provider. IP-based listener data is used solely for anonymous broadcast reach reporting. No names or precise locations are stored. Learn more at citrus3.com.

How we use your information:

• To process your sponsorship, dedication, membership, or donation
• To contact you with updates, scheduling confirmations, and ministry news
• To measure anonymous broadcast reach and listener trends for ministry reporting
• To keep you connected with the Righteous Radio community

We do not:

• Sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes
• Use your information for advertising or marketing outside of Righteous Law ministries
• Store precise location data or link IP addresses to any personal identity
• Use cookies or third-party advertising trackers on our app or website

Your rights worldwide:

• All users: You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@righteouslaw.org. We will respond within 30 days.
• EU / UK users (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• California users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Australian users (Privacy Act 1988): You have the right to access and correct personal information held about you.

Children's Privacy: Righteous Radio welcomes listeners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Data Retention: We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.

Data Security: We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Content Standards

All content submitted to Righteous Radio including sponsor names, dedication names, and dedication messages must meet the following standards:

• Must not contain profanity, obscene language, or sexually explicit content
• Must not contain hateful, discriminatory, or threatening language of any kind
• Must not promote products, services, or organizations that conflict with the Christian mission of Righteous Radio
• Must not contain false or misleading information
• Must not reference illegal activity or controlled substances
• Must not violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws

Righteous Radio reserves the right to reject any content that does not meet these standards without issuing a refund. All content decisions made by Righteous Radio staff are final.

9. Broadcast Hours and Scheduling

All sponsored hours and dedications are broadcast exclusively between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Righteous Radio operates as a faith-based broadcaster and reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed to fulfill our mission. We will always do our best to communicate your estimated air window as soon as it is confirmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Righteous Law and Righteous Radio provide all services on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific air times, broadcast reach, or technical availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law Righteous Law shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. International Use

Righteous Radio is operated by Righteous Law in the State of Washington, United States, and serves a worldwide audience. By using our services from outside the United States you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and, in the case of stream hosting, within the European Union via Citrus3. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where you are located.

12. Changes to These Terms

Righteous Law reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Washington State and federal law. Users outside the United States may also have rights under the laws of their local jurisdiction.
